Trekking in Sapa always attract many tourists whenever
they traveling to Vietnam. This longer exploration in Sapa includes a
trek through the hills and valleys of the Sapa region, through
discovering several different minorities along the way- You will
experience overnight accommodation in the hospitable villages of Dzay
and Tay ethnic..
Night 1: Night train to Lao Cai
Today you will take an overnight train from Hanoi Station to Lao Cai Station to start your Sapa tour trekking

Day 1: Sapa – Y linh Ho Village – Lao Chai Village – Ta Van Village (B/L/D)
The train will bring you to the Lao Cai Station at around 6 AM in the early morning. Take 1-hr bus ride uphill to SaPa. And today you will enjoy 5 hours trekking. The ride gives you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces. When you arrive in Sapa, you will take breakfast in a local restaurant before jumping into our great trek down to Muong Hoa valley.
You should leave all luggages that you not need much in your trekking at the stored room of hotel, and then start our trek start at 10.30 AM. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the way. Around 4.30 pm we reach Ta Van, avillage of Tay ethnic minority
We stay overnight and have dinner with a local family
Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Seo Trung Ho (B/L/D)
After the breakfast at the home stay we head to the Red Dao ethnic minority at Giang Ta Chai. Enjoy picnic on the way. Keep going to trek along local paths into Seo Trung Ho, anothervillageofRed Zaoethnic minority.
You will stay for the second night at home stay
Day 3: Seo Trung Ho – Nam Toong – Thanh Phu (B/L/D
Enjoy breakfast at the home stay. Today we will trek on small paths and cross theMuongHoaRiver to reach villageTay ethnic minority in Thanh Phu. Have a picnic lunch inNamToongVillage.
We stay overnight in a wooden Tay stilt house
Day 4: Thanh Phu – Nam Sai – Nam Ken – Ban Ho (B/L/D)
Trekking to Nam Sai is the highlight of your Sapa tour today. Anothervillage ofTay Ethnic minority and then we trek up tovillage ofXa Pho ethnic minority, the smallest minority group in Sapa. We reach Ban Ho in the afternoon. Free at your leisure in the evening to explore views
Overnight home stay here
Day 5: Ban Ho – Sapa (B/L/D)
After finishing breakfast, you will continue trekking up to Ban Den, where we meet our bus and take a beautiful drive back to Sapa. Upon arrive in Sapa we take shower and spend the rest of the day exploring Sapa town. 5.30 pm we will be transferred to Lao Cai for the night train back to Hanoi.

Day 6: Arrive in Hanoi and your Sapa trip ends
Arrive inHanoiaround 5.00 am. End of your Sapa trip. From here you will take the taxi to back your stayed hotel by your own way
