Tour Route: Hanoi – Lao Cai – Sa Pa – Silver Waterfall – Cat Cat – Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai Village – Lao Cai – Hanoi
Day 1: Hanoi Departure
Pick you up from your Hotel in Hanoi. Then transfer to Hanoi Railway. Overnight on train and stay in 4 Soft sleeper A/C wooden shared cabin.
Day 2: Lao Cai – Sapa – Heaven Gate – Silver Waterfall – Sapa (B L)
Pick you up at Lao Cai Railway to transfer to Sapa. Depart from Sapa to explore Silver Waterfall. Transfer by road uphill along the national road 4D for about 30 minutes to the Silver Waterfall. Enjoy the beauty of this wonder of nature, walk up the steps to high elevation for marvelous scenery of the surrounding nature: Walled-up mountain covered by thick rain forest and deep valley doted with terraced paddies. Continue the road trip for some kilometers further to Heaven Gate and Tram Ton Pass. At 2684m above sea level, the Heaven Gate & Tram Ton Pass is the highest mountain pass in Vietnam. From here enjoy walking around for an hour for beautiful scenery of both two side of Hoang Lien Son mountain range.
Leave the Heaven Gate for the way back downhill 7 km, then stop to pay visiting to some lush farm in O Quy Ho where different kind of vegetable, flower, fruit trees and even medicinal plants are grown for years which makes this part of Sapa ever green. Transfer back to Sapa and trip ends with drop off at hotel or any place at request.
You first sneak through the Sapa market and leave the busy town behind. After a couple of minutes, you follow a road going downhill to Cat Cat village. You will stop by a waterfall and a hydroelectric station for a while before continuing the trek on a dirt trail through rice paddy terraces. You also will enjoy spectacular scenery while walking along a narrow river. You eventually arrive in Y Linh Ho village of Black Hmong minority, where you can take a rest while you are served lunch nearby the river.
After lunch, you head toward Muong Hoa valley. You will pass through Lao Chai village of Black Hmong minority and then Tavan village of Giay minority by following a very popular trekking route. You will return Sapa from Tavan by car. Overnight in train.
Day 4: Hanoi Arrival
Arrive Hanoi at 5Am, transfer back your hotel. End of tour.
